Boot Camp with Vinny
Taking you to your limits and realising new ones.
You’ll be training in open spaces to promote focus, with virtually kit free session so the skills you learn can be replicate anywhere you have the space to move. Boot camp sessions are the ideal way to kick start your new life and new body. Utilizing intense, high-energy sessions to get you to the next stage of your journey.
Each day will involve a series of high energy, physically demanding sessions and challenges with a gentler holistic session at the end of the day to refresh your mind and body ready for the next stage.

Our workshops are a series of educational and practical sessions to give you a clearer understanding of diet, nutrition, exercise principles and physical sessions to get you equipped and ready to start your journey, specific to your needs.
Trainer Profile: Vinny Lewis-Jamerson
Yes I will make you work, yes I will make you sweat and yes I will make you ache, but I will also make you smile, keep you on route to the new you and ensure you leave our sessions with a sense of achievement.
With over a decade of training experience and the skills and knowledge ascertained from this, I am still as passionate as the day I noticed my first personal adaptation and get the same sense of achievement and rush of endorphins seeing my clients experience their adaptations. I consider body sculpting to be a specialty of mine, and it is an integral part of my own training regime.
I like to employ a variety of training styles and systems to keep my clients engaged and on route to their personal goals, from aerobic training to advanced resistance systems, multiple stimuli promotes multiple adaptations! I take pride in teaching my clients about their individual programme as I believe understanding is a major building block to not only reaching your goals but being able to maintain them.
Being a Personal Trainer is more then a career, it’s a vocation, a lifestyle choice! As such some of my additional hobbies and interest include:
