With this in mind we make sure that every client leaves with an understanding of how they can make practical changes within their lifestyle whether it be family or career structured. The real world is a tricky place to maintain your ideal weight or fitness level and we’ll explain and show you through smarter shopping and exercise how your body responds to the right amount of fuel for the world you live. We won’t fit you into a workout wizard stereotype that you'll never be able to sustain back home. Beach Boot Camp helps you get 'In the Zone', and if your weight starts to creep up, or you slip into unhealthy ways, you'll know what to do to get back ‘In the Zone’, at any time and any place, giving you full control over how you look and feel.
A boot camp needn't be a one off. We recommend making boot camps a way of life to help punctuate old ways, and the start of new ones. There is no reason why a visit to us, or another camp every year, every quarter or even every month be ruled out. If it is life changing choices you are after, a boot camp offers it cost effectively and with results that will ensure you drop a dress size or two whenever you need to, whilst feeling and looking amazing in the process.

Family culture/pressure to have the wrong foods in the fridge?
We’ll show you how to cheat! Your family will think they are treat foods, only you will know different. They'll soon learn to love the new food, which is normal food, just deliciously and simply thrown together. It’s all about the shopping list and a plan for the week, social life and all.
Not knowing what you are eating, what is in your food and how much of it to eat?
You'll leave your boot camp an awful lot wiser and we’ll go shopping too so you arrive home with everything you need for your new chapter.
Busy lifestyles that really limit your time to get healthier?
We’ll tap into YOUR world and provide you with tips to build in changes such as an early morning walking club with your neighbours, or re-creating the Olympics with your children or a circuit course in the park for you and your man or quite simply a 10 minute a day routine every time the adverts come on the TV.
Previous health issues that have made you a little scared to lose weight or exercise?
Times have changed, we’ll build your confidence to treat your body how nature designed it, warts and all.
Inherited habits from your parents?
All reversible if necessary or applauded if spot on, either way, it’s time for your own plan to rule the roost.
Too busy, or too tired to cook?
Me too! But home cooked frozen food is the best fast food in the world. Take it out the freezer, put it in the microwave and before you have even called the local take-away your chicken and noodles just went PING.
Social temptations?
Well, it’s here I fall down too. My week always starts with a Make It Happen Monday, which quickly becomes Failure by Friday once I have accepted all the invites to the pub, the club, the BBQ, the wedding anniversary, the morning coffee, a friends birthday drinks followed by a Thai meal — and it goes on. We have had to learn to juggle, and so will you ensuring you enjoy every mouthful and every occasion without being a bore. And for the record there are on average 25 meals per week you have to consider, not all of them will be ‘nights out’, simply preparing for the other 20 meals (in the freezer good to go ideally) will be the answer to your hangover prayers.
Not having the right gear in your wardrobe to ‘keep fit’?
You would be surprised how few people actually have any gear to hand that enables them to break into a fast walk en route to the shops from footwear to bras, you need two sets of everything so you always have something to wear when you're ‘in the zone’, and we’ll take you shopping if necessary.
Behavioural, gluttonous or trigger zones?
We’ll identify the times in which you fall out of the zone of healthy eating or exercise, we really will pin them down and show you how to change them or accept them and how to manage weight loss or exercise fully aware of the ‘down times’.
Not knowing where to start?
Several bin bags for a fridge/freezer and store cupboard ‘clear out’ is the place to start! You'll take away with you a list of food that you should only ever have in your kitchen, and those that you can treat yourself to when out. Most people are overweight because they eat too much for the life they lead. Which means they need to change the life they lead, the food they eat, or both.
So when we say you'll leave with all the tools you need to get into The Zone as and when you need to, you really will. Some boot camps try and squeeze you into their ideal of ‘health and fitness’, we’ll squeeze you into YOUR ideal.
